Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please understand that once your package has been handed off to the shipping company, Bigfoot Swag Store has no control of the delivery. Tracking information will be shared with you once package has shipped.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping Costs are calculated at the checkout based on the delivery address and the chosen shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $60.00

International Shipping:
We ship to select countries. International orders may take 10-21 business days, depending on the destination. Additional custom fees or import duties may apply.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis.
Please email bigfootswagstore@gmail.com and in the let us know why you would like to return item. Do not return the item until customer service has written back with instructions. Any item being returned should be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns should include all items/parts that were in the original packaging.
